By using this service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
lwid is an encrypted, zero-knowledge file sharing platform. Files are encrypted client-side before upload. The server stores only opaque encrypted blobs and never has access to your content or encryption keys.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this service to:
- Upload, share, or distribute illegal content of any kind.
- Distribute malware, spyware, or any malicious code.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to circumvent technical limits or abuse the service.
- Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications.
4. Content and Encryption
Because all content is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot access, review, or moderate it. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share. Do not lose your encryption keys — they cannot be recovered. Losing your keys means permanent loss of access to your project.
5. Data Retention
Projects may expire based on the TTL selected at creation time. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or to discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data durability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
